We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day functioning of Vibe Copilot our facility management digital platform The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Facility Management operations and a strong understanding of on-ground execution SOPs and client coordination This role involves overseeing implementation handling client queries process optimization and ensuring a seamless digital operations experience through Vibe Copilot Key Responsibilities Coordinate with client facility teams to implement and monitor Vibe Copilot modules Ensure timely scheduling and completion of checklists AMC logs routine and PPM tasks Train site teams on platform usage and best practices Regularly audit and validate data entry meter readings and documentation uploads Assist in resolving operational issues raised by users Provide feedback to the product team on enhancements and feature needs Prepare and share operational reports and dashboards with clients and internal stakeholders Maintain solid follow-up and escalation processes with vendor teams and service providers Support new site onboarding documentation handovers and user setup Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
