About Namdeo Umaji Agritech Pvt Ltd Namdeo Umaji Agritech is one of India s leading agriculture companies dedicated to providing premium seeds and innovative agri-solutions to farmers and distributors across the country Our mission is to empower the rural farming community through quality products and trusted expertise Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Content Coordinator to join our on-site team in Pune This role is perfect for someone who loves ideating creating and managing engaging visual content that resonates with both urban and rural audiences Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and guide photo and video shoots to ensure the marketing team s content requirements are met Work closely with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality relevant content Edit photos and videos repurpose older content and develop new creative ways to use existing material for various platforms Collaborate with the marketing sales offline marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and goals Take ownership of content delivery timelines and ensure quality and consistency in every piece produced Ideate fresh content ideas and bring them to life through impactful visuals and videos Ensure that the brand s message is effectively communicated to farmers distributors and other stakeholders Requirements 1-2 years of hands-on experience in content creation coordination and editing photo and video Strong understanding of social media and marketing content requirements Experience working with photographers and videographers on shoots Basic editing skills for photos and videos knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro Photoshop or similar Valuable organizational and communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams Creative thinker with a proactive approach Passionate about working in agriculture and contributing towards creating positive impact for farmers Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Work Location In person
