Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records ensuring compliance with regulations preparing reports and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts Key Responsibilities Prepare and examine financial records statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations Manage general ledger and journal entries Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable receivable Assist with the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records Collaborate with external auditors during audits Support the budgeting and forecasting process Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures Maintain and update financial databases and systems Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Professional certification e g CPA ACCA is a plus Proven work experience as an accountant or in a related role typically 2 years Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Xero Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team Preferred Skills Experience with tax preparation and filing Familiarity with ERP systems Advanced Excel skills e g VLOOKUP PivotTables Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
