Company - Apex pet health care Salary - Rs 20 000 per month Job Title Accounts cum MIS Executive Location Kolkata Job Summary The Accounts cum MIS Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and generating timely accurate reports for management decision-making This role demands proficiency in financial accounting data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel and accounting software Key Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation Handle accounts payable and receivable bank reconciliation and journal entries Prepare and process invoices expense vouchers and payments Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax etc Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits MIS Responsibilities Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management Analyze financial data and highlight trends variances and insights Automate reporting processes where possible using Excel or BI tools Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Maintain and update dashboards KPIs and performance metrics Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field B Com M Com MBA Finance preferred 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and MIS reporting Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts etc Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 per month Advantages Paid time off Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
