students mathematical understanding Student Engagement Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans to inspire a love for math and encourage active participation among students Differentiated Instruction Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students ensuring all learners can succeed Assessment and Feedback Assessing students progress through formal and informal evaluations providing constructive feedback and using assessment data to inform instruction Foundational Skills Development Helping students build essential math skills and students as per the Cambridge syllabus Use experiments practical demonstrations and visual aids to enhance learning Prepare lesson plans assignments and assessments aligned with Cambridge standards Monitor and evaluate students performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents about students progress and challenges Participate in school activities staff meetings and professional development programs Skills Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in Mathematics or Education B Ed preferred Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum and teaching practices Previous experience in teaching Mathematics to Primary school students Strong communication organizational and classroom management
