Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader - Admissions to oversee and guide the admissions team in delivering a seamless and effective admissions process The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving enrollment targets ensuring a high standard of customer service and streamlining operations in coordination with internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities Lead supervise and motivate the admissions team to achieve individual and team targets Monitor team performance and provide coaching training and support to ensure consistent improvement Oversee the end-to-end admissions process including inquiry handling application processing follow-ups interviews and final enrollments Ensure timely and accurate reporting of admissions data and key metrics Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality counseling and prompt service Handle escalated inquiries and issues ensuring a swift and effective resolution Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with admissions goals Ensure compliance with institutional policies admission criteria and regulatory standards Conduct regular reviews of team processes to identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree Master s preferred in Business Administration Education or a related field 3 years of experience in admissions counseling or a related role with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decisions Proficient in CRM and MS Office tools Preferred Skills Experience in educational institutions or training organizations Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with student visa processes if applicable for international institutions Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
