Manage field service operations for cleaning equipment and automotive-grade machines ensuring timely servicing maintenance and repairs across client sites Provide on-ground technical support with hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving both electrical and mechanical issues Implement and monitor systems and processes for tracking field-deployed machines maintenance schedules and service histories Address and resolve field complaints efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards Coordinate with the production engineering and quality teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions CAPA Maintain detailed service logs warranty records and ensure compliance with service-level agreements SLAs Build and maintain solid customer relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Provide technical training and guidance to field technicians and junior service staff Develop and implement strategies for customer complaint resolution and ensure continuous feedback improvement loops Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of critical components Lead initiatives to improve service efficiency reduce machine downtime and ensure first-time fix rates Handle AMC Annual Maintenance Contract and warranty contract negotiations renewals and escalations Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on field performance client satisfaction and service KPIs Should have B Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience After-sales service 5 years Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 04 08 2025
