Role Field Executive We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Executive to represent our company and its products to a diverse customer base This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits and showcasing our product line directly to clients The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset Key Responsibilities Customer Outreach Travel to client locations using a company-provided vehicle to meet with potential and existing customers Product Demonstration Carry and present product samples providing detailed explanations and answering customer questions effectively Sales and Promotion Actively promote company products highlight their features and benefits and drive sales to meet targets Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain solid positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business Reporting Document customer interactions feedback and sales activities Work Details Work Timings Monday to Saturday 10 00 AM to 8 00 PM Compensation This role includes a competitive salary plus attractive incentives based on sales performance Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a field sales or a customer-facing role is preferred A valid driver s license is required Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Leave encashment Paid time off Language Tamil Required Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
