Job Title Factory Head Location Multiple Units Head Office - Pitampura Delhi Reporting To Director Senior Management We are looking for a agile and experienced Factory Head to oversee and manage the operations of our multiple manufacturing units The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between all factories and maintaining effective control over stock manpower and daily operations Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of all factory units across locations Ensure proper coordination and communication between all units Supervise production quality control dispatch and maintenance activities Maintain and monitor factory stock levels to avoid shortages or excess Implement effective systems for stock entry issue and tracking Coordinate with team leaders and ensure adherence to SOPs and timelines Share daily operation and production reports with the Head Office in Pitampura Work closely with the management for planning budgeting and performance review Identify process improvement areas and implement efficiency measures Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory guidelines Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years of experience in factory or plant management Strong leadership communication and team management skills Ability to handle multi-location operations independently Proficient in inventory and production management tools systems Organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
