We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Facility Supervisor to assist the Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations maintenance and infrastructure support at our Production Plant The supervisor will coordinate technical staff monitor facility systems and ensure smooth operation of utilities plant equipment and workspaces Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist the Facility Manager in managing day-to-day facility related activities like Housekeeping Waste Scrap management fuel distribution Vehicle Management Safety Emergency Management Supervise upkeep of plant areas including sanitation pest control lighting ventilation security visitor management Monitor functioning of utilities such as water systems generators and compressors Maintenance Coordination Supervise and assign work to in-house technicians plumbers electricians mechanics Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and building systems Report breakdowns maintenance delays or material requirements to the Facility Manager Team Supervision Monitor performance and attendance of support staff cleaners technicians helpers Provide technical guidance to the team where necessary Ensure all safety practices and standard operating procedures are followed Documentation Reporting Maintain daily maintenance logs utility usage reports and update live trackers Real time asset data management Escalate facility issues and assist in vendor coordination as required Assist during audits inspections and safety checks Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Electrical Facility Maintenance or related field 3 years of experience in plant facility supervision agricultural or seed industry preferred Working knowledge of basic plumbing electrical systems and seed processing equipment Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules Skills Leadership and coordination abilities Problem-solving and fault detection Basic technical and tool-handling knowledge Communication and reporting Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Work Workplace Field-based supervision within indoor and outdoor areas of a seed production plant May involve shift work or extended hours during peak processing harvest seasons Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
