Job Title Structured Products GMO Experience 8-12 Years Location Mumbai Key Responsibilities Deliver transaction control and operational support to the Structured Products desk across Credit Rates and Insurance asset classes Manage trade lifecycle activities including trade reconciliation blotter maintenance and exception handling ensuring accurate and timely reporting Facilitate real-time collaboration with Front Office and Regional Middle Office teams to promptly resolve trade discrepancies and operational breaks Generate insightful analytics and MIS reports to support Global Markets Operations GMO management in decision-making Drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing risk through automation and best practices Requisites Strong understanding and hands-on experience in derivatives particularly in Rates and or Credit with the ability to interpret complex financial structures and trade system flows Background in a Middle Office or control-focused setting ideally within an investment banking context In-depth knowledge of investment banking products and front-to-back processes with a proven record in process improvement control development and maintaining high attention to detail Ability to think strategically and balance operational demands with a holistic view on process transformation and risk mitigation Excellent communication skills with the capability to build relationships influence stakeholders and challenge constructively when needed Demonstrates agility adaptability and a proactive approach to change management capable of inspiring peers and leading initiatives Familiarity with digital tools and programming languages such as Python VBA SQL Alteryx or Power BI is highly desirable
