Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality in-house videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms, with a strong focus on short-form content.
- Plan, shoot, and edit product videos, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns from concept to final delivery.
- Independently operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and related equipment to capture professional-quality footage.
- Execute in-house product shoots, including lighting setup, framing, camera operation, and on-ground production coordination.
- Edit and optimize influencer collaborations, consumer testimonials, and user-generated content for multiple digital channels.
- Create AI-enhanced videos, motion graphics, and product demonstrations using modern AI-powered creative tools.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visual content.
- Ensure all videos align with BECO's brand identity, visual standards, and platform-specific best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques,



and platform algorithms to create high-performing content.
- Manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and ensure timely delivery of content.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent camera handling skills with experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for commercial or social media shoots.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, audio recording, and basic cinematography principles.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video creation and editing tools.
- Good understanding of social media content formats, trends, and platform algorithms.
- A sharp eye for visual aesthetics, pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, product videos, and social media content is mandatory.
