We are looking for a creative and passionate Videographer & Video Editor to join our team and bring our brand stories to life through engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos for our restaurant brands, lifestyle content, founder journeys, and business expansion activities.

This role requires someone who enjoys travelling, has a creative eye for storytelling, and can produce social media-ready content that strengthens our brand presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Outlet Content

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of all outlets.
- Shoot food, beverages, interiors, customer experience, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create promotional videos for new launches, offers, and campaigns.
- Ensure every outlet maintains a consistent visual identity.

Founder & Lifestyle Content
- Travel with the founders to document meetings, events, business visits, and daily entrepreneurial activities.
- Capture authentic lifestyle content suitable for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Film interviews, conversations, and behind-the-scenes moments that showcase the company's journey.

Expansion & Project Documentation
- Travel to new outlet locations during site visits, construction, setup, and launch.
- Document the complete expansion journey—from location selection to grand opening.
- Create documentary-style videos highlighting the company's growth and milestones.

Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, captions, music, motion graphics,



and branding elements.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines while maintaining high production quality.

Content Planning
- Work closely with the marketing and branding team to develop content ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and storytelling.
- Maintain a content calendar for regular posting across platforms.

Equipment Management
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, drones (if certified), microphones, and other production equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for shoots.
- Organize and back up all footage systematically.

Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and cinematic storytelling.
- Ability to shoot using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or professional mobile setups.
- Solid photography skills are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently with the founders and marketing team.
- Ability to work flexible hours during events, outlet launches, and special projects.
