Core capabilities include premium video post-production, UGC strategy and creation, short-form and viral content engineering, and long-form podcast production. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including organizing raw footage, cutting and assembling clips, adding transitions, sound design, and color correction to produce polished videos for social media, podcasts, and long-form content. The role includes creating high-performing short-form videos and UGC-style content tailored to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, following brand guidelines and creative briefs.

Editor will collaborate closely with producers, content strategists, and creators to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver on tight deadlines.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining file organization, adhering to project timelines, and staying current with editing trends, platform best practices, and emerging visual styles.

Qualifications

- Robust video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, and graphic design tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of sound design, audio cleanup, and mixing for podcasts, long-form content, and short-form media.
- Understanding of social media, UGC formats, and platform-specific best practices for short-form and viral content.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, interpret creative briefs, and apply storytelling techniques to visual content.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, assets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional creative teams on-site.
- Attention to detail, willingness to iterate based on feedback, and openness to learning new tools and workflows.
- Prior experience in digital media, marketing, or content production; agency or creator-focused experience is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
