Role Description As a Video Editor at Asan Innovators, you will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and client projects. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and trimming clips, adding transitions, effects, graphics, and audio, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with project objectives.

You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and development teams to understand project requirements, contribute ideas, and optimize video content for different platforms and formats. The role involves managing multiple projects, organizing media assets,



and meeting deadlines while maintaining high visual and audio quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Experience in visual storytelling, shot selection, pacing, and crafting narratives that support marketing and brand goals.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolution standards, and best practices for exporting content for web, social media, and mobile.
- Ability to work with audio elements, including sound syncing, basic mixing, and integration of music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content supports campaigns across social media and online channels.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- Relevant qualification in Media, Film, Animation, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior video editing work; experience with agency or startup environments is an advantage.
