Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kerala, India.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, and integrating audio to create engaging content. Daily tasks include collaborating with directors and other creatives, color grading footage, creating motion graphics, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role also involves preparing files for various platforms, maintaining organized project archives, and meeting production deadlines while following brand and style guidelines.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling, branding, and visual impact.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Positive understanding of sound design basics, formats, resolutions, and export settings for different platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
