Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into clear, engaging videos for courses, social media, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and educational objectives. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing basic color correction, and adding motion graphics or visual elements where needed. The role involves close collaboration with content creators, trainers, and the design team to refine scripts, suggest visual storytelling approaches, and deliver final videos on schedule.

The Video





Editor will also maintain an organized media library, optimize video formats for various platforms, and continuously improve output based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end editing workflows.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic post-production techniques to ensure consistent visual quality.

Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance educational and marketing content.

Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).

Good understanding of audio editing, sound syncing, and exporting videos for various digital platforms.

Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with feedback in a collaborative environment.

Relevant coursework or a degree in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating prior video work is required.

Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
