Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ranchi.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production workflows, including assembling raw footage, cutting and sequencing clips, integrating audio, and preparing final outputs for digital platforms.

Responsibilities include performing color corrections and grading, adding motion graphics and simple visual effects, and collaborating with designers and content teams to ensure brand consistency. The role involves organizing media assets, maintaining project documentation,



and working closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality standards.

The Video

Editor will also contribute ideas to improve storytelling, enhance visual impact, and optimize video formats for various channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and final exports.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to correct exposure, color balance, and create consistent visual styles.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and basic visual effects.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and delivery specifications for web and social media.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a similar video editing role in a creative, IT, or product-focused company is an advantage.
