We are looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn scripts, raw footage, stock visuals, voiceovers, and AI-generated assets into engaging, modern videos.

The role will primarily involve social media content, performance ads, and YouTube videos, with a strong focus on hooks, storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, Shorts, performance ads, and YouTube videos
- Create fast-paced and engaging video creatives
- Convert scripts and voiceovers into strong visual stories
- Source relevant B-roll, stock footage, images, and supporting visuals
- Add motion graphics, text animation, captions, music, and sound effects
- Create strong hooks within the first few seconds
- Adapt videos for **9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9
- Follow different brand guidelines and visual styles
- Handle feedback and revisions efficiently
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and consistency

Editing & Creative Skills

- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention
- Ability to understand the objective of an ad, not just edit footage
- Valuable sense of design, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to independently decide shots, B-roll, transitions, graphics, and sound design
- Comfortable researching references and developing the visual direction of a video
- Ability to create premium videos without overusing effects or transitions

Software Skills

Strong working knowledge of

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva is an advantage.

AI Video Skills – Important The candidate should be comfortable using AI as part of the video production workflow, including:

- AI video generation
- High-quality AI lip sync




- Image-to-video generation
- AI image generation
- Creating realistic character movement and gestures
- Maintaining character consistency across multiple scenes
- Generating different camera angles and shots using AI
- Prompting AI tools effectively for better outputs
- AI voiceovers and voice synchronization
- Combining AI-generated footage with traditional editing
- Improving AI-generated clips so they do not look obviously artificial

Experience with modern AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms will be a strong advantage. The candidate should also be willing to continuously test and learn current AI tools, as the workflow will evolve rapidly.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to cut footage, add transitions, subtitles, and music.

We need an editor who understands:

Script → Hook → Visual Direction → AI/Footage Generation → Storytelling → Pacing → Retention → CTA and can independently turn an idea into a polished video that people actually want to watch.
