As a Video Editor, you’ll be a key player in shaping stories through powerful visuals, sharp cuts, sound, rhythm, and emotion.

You’ll work across a wide range of video formats, from snappy Reels and YouTube Shorts to long-form videos, brand films, interviews, documentaries, and digital campaigns.

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled editor who understands pacing, storytelling, trends, sound, color, and the tiny details that turn raw footage into a polished visual experience.

How your day would look like at SandCup

- Edit short-form videos like Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first content with strong hooks and engaging cuts.
- Work on long-form videos including YouTube content, brand films, interviews, podcasts, and documentaries.
- Turn raw footage into compelling stories with clean structure, smooth pacing, and strong visual flow.
- Design and enhance soundscapes using music, SFX, background scores, and audio mixing.
- Perform color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency and cinematic quality.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve video, audio, workflow, and overall editing efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate briefs into polished visual stories.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple edits without letting deadlines win the final cut.





You’ll be a great fit if

- You have 2–4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Your portfolio or showreel shows both short-form and long-form editing work.
- You understand how to make the first 3 seconds count.
- You can build a story, not just place clips on a timeline.
- You know how sound, color, pacing, and transitions can change the entire mood of a video.
- You’re comfortable taking feedback and turning it into a better edit.
- You keep an eye on trends but know when not to blindly follow them.
- You’re organized, self-motivated, and can handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- “Just one small change” does not scare you anymore.
