Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Delhi, India.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end editing of marketing, corporate, training, and social media videos, including assembling raw footage, trimming, sequencing, and refining narratives. Daily tasks include synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and incorporating motion graphics or basic graphic elements to enhance clarity and engagement. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to understand project goals, adapting existing footage for different platforms and formats,



and maintaining consistent brand guidelines across all video outputs.

The Video

Editor will also manage file organization, backup processes, and deliver final assets on schedule and in required specifications.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and basic color correction to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and branding.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (web, social media, presentations).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback constructively.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in corporate or logistics-related video projects is an advantage.
