About HexCoded

HexCoded is an AI video studio: you should be able to make anything you can imagine. We're a small, rapid-moving team building the tools reshaping how video, image and audio get made.

This role is for our own content — the work that goes out under our name, not client delivery.

The terms, up front

- Gurgaon — in our office, all six days a week
- Hours overlapping India and the US, because we build for both markets

What you'll do
- Create at volume — a steady stream of short-form video for Instagram and YouTube: hooks, reels, shorts, trend-led pieces
- Edit to a high bar — pacing, motion, sound design, and the finishing that separates "made with AI" from "made well"
- Master the toolbox — work fluently across the AI creative stack and know how the tools actually differ
- Own the output — concept to storyboard to generation to final edit to publish, independently and fast

Tools you'll work with Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Hailuo, Pika, Higgsfield, fal, Krea; Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Ideogram; ElevenLabs, Suno; Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut — and HexCoded itself.
