At PINQ POLKA , we're building India's first Fashion-Forward Comfort Innerwear Company . We're looking for a creative storyteller who understands how to create content that doesn't just look good—it drives engagement, builds brands, and sells products.

What You'll Do

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping performance marketing creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and founder teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Transform raw footage into compelling brand stories.
- Create product videos, lifestyle edits, UGC-style content, founder videos, podcasts, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Add motion graphics, typography, transitions, sound design, and visual effects where required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.
- Stay updated with the latest editing styles, social media trends, and AI-powered editing tools.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of professional video editing experience
- Mandatory experience with a D2C brand (Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG or Consumer Brand)




- Robust understanding of short-form content and performance marketing creatives.
- Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention.
- Ability to independently conceptualize edits, not just execute instructions.

Software Expertise (Must Have)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Final Cut Pro (good to have)
- CapCut Pro
- Canva
- Motion Graphics & Animation
- AI Editing Tools (Descript, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Veo, or similar)

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience editing fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience creating viral Instagram Reels and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of UGC-style editing.
- Basic colour grading and sound design skills.
- Experience working with influencers and creator content.
- Knowledge of AI-generated video workflows.

Working Model Location: Faridabad (On-site)

Work Week:

- Monday to Friday – Office
- 1st & 3rd Saturday – Work From Office
- 2nd & 4th Saturday – Work From Home
- Sunday Off
