? Role Overview:

We’re seeking a highly talented and self-driven Video Editor & Motion Graphics to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality promotional, corporate, and documentary-style videos. This role demands creativity, technical precision, and a passion for bringing innovative tech stories to life.

? Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand content
- Assemble rough cuts and final cuts in line with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and target platform requirements (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Sync audio, add music, sound effects, voiceovers, and captions/subtitles
- Perform color correction, grading, and audio mixing for a professional finish
- Optimize video formats, resolutions,



and aspect ratios for different platforms

Motion Graphics & Animation

- Design and animate motion graphics, lower-thirds, titles, and transitions using tools like After Effects
- Create explainer videos, product walkthroughs, and animated infographics
- Develop and maintain reusable animation templates and brand-consistent motion assets
- Bring static designs (logos, illustrations, UI mockups) to life through animation

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand project briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Contribute creative input during brainstorming and storyboarding sessions
- Present drafts for feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently

Project & Asset Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Organize and maintain a structured library of footage, graphics, templates, and project files
- Stay updated on video/motion design trends, tools, and platform best practices (especially short-form and social-first content)

Quality & Consistency

- Ensure all output aligns with Rasta.AI's brand guidelines and visual identity
- Review final deliverables for technical quality (resolution, audio sync, export settings) before publishing




- Maintain version control and proper archiving of project files

?️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video shooting using drones (with valid certification/license preferred).
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve , or equivalent professional tools.
- Expertise in video color grading, sound design, and motion graphics .
- Creative flair with a solid understanding of composition, camera angles, and visual rhythm.
- Strong storytelling ability—able to translate complex ideas into powerful visuals.
- Willingness to travel extensively for video shoots and on-site documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

? Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media Production, Film Studies, Visual Communication , or related field.
- Prior experience in corporate films, technology-based storytelling, or documentary-style shoots .
- Knowledge of AI, robotics, or infrastructure-related industries is a plus.
