Company Description Netlarx is a software development startup with a core technology team composed of alumni from leading IITs, NITs, and IIMs, bringing together around 80 years of cumulative experience. The company operates across software development and IT services, government projects, and product development. Netlarx works closely with the Government of India and various state governments through GeM, CPP portals, and state tenders, and is empanelled with organizations such as SHREETRON, UPTRON, Railtel, TCIL, and NSC Delhi.

In addition to services, Netlarx builds its own products, including Botsify, a subscription-based chatbot, and QUNO, a cross-platform app that serves as India’s first e-marketplace for school kid essentials. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in New Delhi.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for product marketing, client presentations, social media, and internal communications. Typical tasks include organizing and trimming footage, adding transitions, graphics, animations, and sound effects, and ensuring that videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves close collaboration with product, marketing, and development teams to understand requirements,



refine storyboards, and deliver engaging visual content on schedule.

The Video

Editor will also manage video file assets, maintain version control, and optimize content for different platforms and formats.

Qualifications

Strong video editing skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Ability to create motion graphics and basic animations (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar tools).

Sound design and audio editing capabilities, including mixing, noise reduction, and syncing dialogue and music.

Experience optimizing video content for digital platforms such as YouTube, social media, and web marketing campaigns.

Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition tailored to tech products and startups.

Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings for multi-platform delivery.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Relevant qualification or training in film, media, visual communication, animation, or a related discipline is preferred.

Prior experience working in a tech, SaaS, or startup workplace is an advantage.

Portfolio or showreel demonstrating recent video editing and motion graphics work is required.
