Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Pune Division.

The Video

Editor will assemble and refine raw footage into polished videos for digital and social media channels, ensuring alignment with project briefs and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include trimming clips, arranging sequences, applying transitions and effects, performing basic color correction, and syncing audio. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and production teams to interpret scripts or storyboards, incorporating feedback, and delivering final assets on schedule.

Editor will also help prepare different versions of content optimized for various platforms and maintain organized project files and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills for assembling, refining, and outputting professional-quality content.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, visually appealing color and tone across projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create and integrate titles, lower thirds, overlays, and straightforward animations.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, accept constructive feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in digital media, advertising, or content creation environments is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
