About the role:

Remote, full time. Own video content end-to-end, from raw footage/assets to polished, on-brand videos that drive marketing performance across social, ads, web, and product.

What you'll do:

- Edit short-form and long-form video for social, ads, website, and campaigns
- Turn raw footage, screen recordings, and assets into compelling stories
- Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and color grading
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and design on content strategy
- Repurpose long-form content into clips for multiple platforms
- Iterate fast based on performance data and feedback

What you'll need:

- Strong editing chops in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar)
- Eye for pacing, storytelling, and platform-native formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Sound design and basic color grading
- Comfortable with fast turnarounds and A/B testing content
- Bonus: experience editing for SaaS/tech/AI brands
- Portfolio/reel required
