Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. Daily tasks include assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, and graphics, applying color correction and grading, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves collaborating with the creative, content, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, develop visual concepts, and optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

adhere to deadlines, and contribute ideas to improve overall video quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into qualified, platform-ready content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of each project.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling, branding, and campaign objectives.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of digital and social media formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for video optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment in Lucknow.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating prior video work is required.
