What You'll Do

- Edit videos for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Trim, arrange, and enhance raw footage with transitions, music, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Add basic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and design teams to create engaging campaigns.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.
- Organize project files and maintain an effective editing workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, AI-powered editing tools, and social media content styles.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of video formats, resolutions, frame rates, and export settings.




- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.
- Creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok-style videos.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools such as CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of photography or videography.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A portfolio or sample editing work (academic, personal, freelance, or social media projects) is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for learning and experimenting with creative content.
