Video content plays a central role in IND’s communication, education, and growth strategy. We create long-form and short-form content designed to educate, build trust, and drive meaningful engagement across digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who can transform long-form recordings, coaching sessions, interviews, and educational content into engaging, clear, and impactful videos for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will

- Understand storytelling through editing
- Have prior real-world editing experience
- Be comfortable working in a high-output environment
- Be technologically curious and open to using AI tools to improve workflow and creativity

This role requires someone who can balance speed, quality, and narrative clarity.

Key Responsibilities

A. Video Editing & Production

- Edit long-form and short-form videos for:
- YouTube
- Shorts/Reels
- Social media content
- Educational and promotional content
- Maintain strong pacing, clarity, and narrative flow.
- Add captions, transitions, overlays, and visual enhancements where needed.

B. Content Adaptation

- Convert long-form sessions into platform-specific formats.
- Identify or execute edits that maximise audience retention.
- Ensure videos align with brand tone and communication style.

C. YouTube-Focused Editing

- Edit content optimised for YouTube audience engagement.
- Work with titles, hooks, pacing, and retention-oriented structures.
- Experience with growing YouTube channels or similar content ecosystems is a strong advantage.

D. Collaboration with Content & Media Teams





- Work closely with content strategists and coordinators.
- Execute edits based on briefs and feedback.
- Maintain consistency across content types.

E. Technology & AI Integration

- Be open to learning and applying AI tools for:
- Faster editing workflows
- Captioning
- Content enhancement
- Workflow automation
- Continuously explore new editing and production technologies.

Responsibilities include:
- Editing and enhancing video footage to create engaging and impactful content.
- Utilizing video editing software and tools to trim, splice, and synchronize video clips.
- Adding visual effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of videos.
- Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Creating visually appealing and informative graphics, animations, and visual elements for videos.
- Ensuring the consistency of branding elements and visual style across all video and graphic materials.
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to videos and graphics.
- Managing and organizing video and graphic assets, ensuring their accessibility and proper archiving.
- Staying updated with industry trends, video editing techniques, and software advancements.
- Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for video and graphic projects.

Required Skills & Competencies Must-Have

- Minimum 2–4 years of practical video editing experience
- Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of storytelling through editing
- Ability to handle feedback and revisions

- Motion graphics or basic animation exposure
- Experience with AI-assisted editing tools

Skills and Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience in creating and editing motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of visual storytelling and video composition techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual design.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and video optimization techniques for different platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in video editing and graphic design is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,001.00 per month
