Key Responsibilities:

● Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms,

advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

● Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, and client deliverables.

● Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and visual effects where required.

● Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.

● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to execute creative ideas.

● Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

● Ensure all deliverables meet the company's quality standards and brand guidelines.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering work within deadlines.

Required Skills:

● Valuable command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.

● Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.





● Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.

● Familiarity with social media content formats and the latest editing trends.

● Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

● Strong time management skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

● Hardworking, self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.

● Ability to accept feedback positively and continuously improve.

● Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Training & Employment Journey:

● Training & Development (First 3 Months): Intensive hands-on training on company workflows, client handling, editing standards, and creative processes while working on live projects under the guidance of senior team members.

● Probation (Next 3 Months): Candidates will work independently on client projects while being evaluated on technical skills, creativity, quality of work, discipline, teamwork, and adherence to deadlines.

● Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the six-month training and probation period, candidates demonstrating consistent performance and meeting company expectations will be considered for confirmation as a permanent employee.
