Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at HypeHaus Digital.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished content optimized for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include assembling footage, refining audio and visuals, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with the creative team to align content with brand strategy. The role also involves managing multiple projects, maintaining organized file structures, and adapting edits based on feedback and changing campaign needs.

Editor will contribute creative ideas for new formats, trends, and storytelling approaches that support clients’ digital presence.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, trimming clips, and optimizing pacing for social content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual style, mood, and brand alignment across different projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, lower thirds, overlays, and visual assets that enhance storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work with creative briefs and brand guidelines are expected.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work independently in a remote setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
- Experience editing content for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and understanding current digital and social media trends is advantageous.
- A relevant portfolio showcasing video editing, color grading, and motion graphics work is required; prior experience in a creative agency or digital studio is a plus.
