Summary & Overview of the Position

As a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist, you’ll be the creative force behind compelling visual narratives that resonate across platforms. Your expertise in editing, motion graphics, and 3D animation will help transform ideas into scroll-stopping social reels, engaging explainers, and striking campaign visuals.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, AI-driven environment and is passionate about visual storytelling. If you’re skilled across diverse formats and eager to craft high-impact video content, we’d love to have you on our team.

Primary responsibilities for Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist include and are not restricted to the following:

Technical Proficiency

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Experience creating diverse formats: product videos, explainer animations, podcasts, campaign videos, decks, video ads, etc.
- AI knowledge is a plus — ability to explore and integrate AI-driven video and design tools to streamline workflows.
- Graphic design skills are a plus, especially for creating supporting visuals, social content, and brand assets.

Creative Skills

- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills,



with the ability to bring scripts and concepts to life.
- ·Up-to-date on video, design, and marketing trends, with a knack for platform-specific content creation.

Collaboration & Communication

- Ability to collaborate closely with writers, marketers, and clients to deliver high-quality visuals.
- Comfortable working across India, US, and European time zones when needed.

Work Ethic & Personal Attributes

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities We seek an ideal candidate who can demonstrate or possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

- 4–5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor, 3D Artist, or Motion Graphics Designer (portfolio required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Animation, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Strong storytelling, visual communication , and platform-specific content creation skills across formats such as reels, explainer videos, and campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset, ability to work across global teams and time zones, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation .
