We are looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content across multiple client accounts spanning diverse industries.

Key Responsibilites

Video Editing & Production

- Edit raw footage into polished, broadcast-ready video content for multiple client campaigns simultaneously
- Produce a variety of video formats including brand films, social media content, advertisements, explainer videos, reels, and event highlights
- Manage the full post-production workflow from rough cut to final delivery
- Ensure all edits align with client brand guidelines, tone, and creative briefs

Multi-Client Account Management

- Handle concurrent editing projects across multiple client accounts with varying brand identities and requirements
- Maintain organised project files, version control, and asset libraries for each client
- Adapt quickly to different brand voices, visual styles, and industry contexts
- Participate in client review meetings and incorporate feedback efficiently

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, motion designers, and account managers
- Contribute creative ideas during pre-production and concept development stages
- Storyboard and plan video sequences in collaboration with directors and strategists
- Provide input on visual storytelling, pacing, music selection, and sound design

Technical & Quality Assurance

- Perform colour grading, sound mixing,



and audio balancing for all deliverables
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects as required
- Ensure all videos meet platform-specific technical specifications (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, broadcast, etc.)
- Conduct quality checks before submission, ensuring zero technical errors in final output

Experience

- Minimum 1-3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within an agency
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing a range of video work across different formats and industries

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects
- Familiarity with Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools
- Understanding of colour grading tools
- Knowledge of video codecs, export formats, and platform-specific requirements
- Basic understanding of photography and cinematography principles

Soft Skills

- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and ability to translate client feedback into creative edits
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced agency environment
