Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to join the D2C team. This person will primarily edit performance-driven videos that generate high CTR and optimize hook rates, focusing on short-form edits for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

- Short-Form Editing -Create engaging Shorts, Reels, and social ads, shooting fresh content or adapting assets to capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Content Versatility -Edit across formats including comedy content, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle content.
- Technical Craft -Apply basic animation, sound design and mixing, and colour correction to elevate final output.
- Storytelling & Timing -Bring a strong sense of storytelling, comedic timing, and visual pacing to every edit.
- Fast-Paced Execution -Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timelines and iterative feedback.
- AI-Driven Video Editing -Leverage AI video tools, including Envato, Adobe Firefly, and Higgsfield,



to enhance video content, drive efficiency, and produce high-quality edits.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience editing short-form social media content.
- Proficiency in the full Adobe suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience editing comedy content, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle

content.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and mixing, and colour correction.
- Basic animation experience.
- Expertise in AI video editing tools, including Envato, Adobe Firefly,Higgsfield and relevant Ai tools.

Bonus Skills

- Experience in leading content shoots.
- Familiarity with current social media trends, meme culture, and viral content formats, with the

ability to create engaging hooks, quick-paced edits, and graphics.
- Knowledge of cinematography is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates must share a portfolio of edited videos for review, including YouTube Shorts, Facebook ads, and Instagram Reels. Location: Mumbai - Dadar
