Every client we’ve closed this year came from content.

We need an A-Player.

The person who can take a raw clip and know exactly where the cut goes. Who watches a reel and reverse-engineers why it worked in the first three seconds. Who treats editing like storytelling, not just syncing footage to music.

? The Craft Half (this is the heart of it)

✓ Own the edit for everything that goes out — Reels, Shorts, Youtube

✓ Cut voiceovers, B-Roll, and full product content start to finish

✓ Find and shape the hook — this is the single highest-leverage thing you’ll do

✓ Study what’s working in the info and e-commerce coaching space — globally and in India

✓ Break down why a piece of content performed, and turn that into a repeatable format

✓ Build and protect our visual mood board and B-Roll library

Quality over volume. We’re not an edit factory. We’d rather post four things that land than twenty that don’t.



The one exception is trial reels — we’ll push volume there to find what works, then double down.

? The Research Half

✓ Competitor content research — know what’s working before everyone else does

✓ Track hooks, angles, and formats trending in the space

✓ Bring ideas to the table, not just execute someone else’s

✓ You take ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to cut next A plus: founder-brand content, or short-form strategy.
