Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Video Editor with 1+ years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into polished video content for recruitment marketing campaigns, social media, and employer branding materials. Key Responsibilities

- Organize and review raw video assets to assemble into cohesive, engaging stories.
- Cut, sequence, and refine clips while adding transitions, graphics, and sound design.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align visuals with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Create and optimize video content specifically tailored for various digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and ads).




- Apply color correction, sound editing, and post-production workflows to ensure high-quality final outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle creative feedback efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 1+ years of skilled video editing experience using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to enhance visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and overall post-production workflows.
- Proven experience creating engaging content for digital and social media platforms.
- A strong eye for visual composition, pacing, narrative structure, and fine details.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interpret briefs and feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field.
- Mandatory: A portfolio demonstrating your recent video editing work.
