Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role located in Bihar, India.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw video footage, selecting the best takes, and creating polished video content aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include editing videos for various formats, applying transitions and effects, performing basic sound synchronization, and collaborating with designers, producers, and marketing teams to refine visual narratives. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics,



and ensuring that all video outputs meet technical and quality standards.

The Video

Editor will follow project timelines, manage multiple assignments, and maintain organized file structures and version control.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end video workflows.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand-aligned aesthetics.

Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and overlays.

Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder).

Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly about creative concepts and feedback.

Capability to work on-site in Bihar, India, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video production.

Experience creating content for digital platforms, social media, or marketing campaigns is an advantage.
