What will you do?

Video Editing & Post-Production :

- Edit raw footage into cohesive, high-quality videos for social media, promotional campaigns, internal corporate communications, and client projects using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics, lower thirds, title animations, transitions, and visual assets using Adobe After Effects.

Audio Assembly & Mixing :

- Clean up audio tracks, select appropriate background music, add sound effects (SFX), and balance audio levels for clear, skilled sound quality.

Format & Platform Optimization

- Adapt and export video assets into various formats, aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), and resolutions optimized for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and web.

Brand Compliance

- Ensure all video deliverables align with specific brand guidelines, typography standards, color palettes, and visual identity requirements.

Asset & Footage Management :

- Organize, label, and archive project files, raw footage,



graphics, and audio assets systematically for team accessibility.

What will you need?

Strong working knowledge of:

- Adobe Premiere Pro (Timeline editing, color correction, audio mixing, cutting)
- Adobe After Effects (Keyframing, motion graphics, title animations, visual effects)
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (Bonus) (Working with vector layers and graphics for video integration)

Technical Video Knowledge:

- Understanding of video formats, frame rates, aspect ratios, compression settings, and rendering processes.

Attention to Detail :

- A keen eye for pacing, color consistency, audio sync, alignment, and graphic placement.

Communication & Adaptability:

- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn, adapt to constructive feedback, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
