Jarvika Infosolutions is building an in-house content production capability for one of our premium client verticals anchored by a Hindi-English language podcast series alongside ongoing brand video and social content work across our client portfolio. We need a Video Editor who lives and breathes visual storytelling — someone who can shoot, edit, animate, and post-produce end-to-end, not just trim clips. This is a hands-on production role based at our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast & In-House Production

- Shoot and manage multi-camera setup for The Narayani Conversations podcast (audio sync, lighting, framing)
- Edit full-length podcast episodes end-to-end — pacing, cuts, jump-cut cleanup, audio leveling
- Cut podcast episodes into short-form Reels/YouTube Shorts for distribution
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all podcast and video assets (lower-thirds, intro/outro, captions style)

Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit brand videos, event highlight reels, testimonial videos, and social content for both verticals
- Handle color correction, audio mixing, and sound design for a polished final output
- Manage raw footage libraries and maintain an organized project/asset archive

Animation & Motion Graphics

- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics — animated titles, lower-thirds, transitions, kinetic typography
- Design short animated explainer or promo clips where static video isn't enough
- Build reusable animated templates for recurring content formats (podcast intros, event promos)

Shooting & On-Ground Production

- Operate camera equipment for shoots — interviews, events,

- Manage basic lighting and audio setup for both studio and on-location shoots
- Coordinate shoot schedules with founders and subjects, ensuring minimal production downtime

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory) — multi-camera editing, color grading, audio sync
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics and animation
- Camera operation experience — DSLR/mirrorless preferred, understanding of framing, exposure, basic lighting
- Audio editing skills — noise reduction, leveling, basic mixing (Audition or similar)
- Comfortable managing a full production pipeline solo — shoot, edit, animate, deliver — without heavy supervision
- Bonus: DaVinci Resolve, CapCut for quick-turnaround edits; basic 2D animation (Illustrator + AE combo)

Ideal Candidate

- 1–4 years of real production experience — in-house brand content, podcast production, YouTube channel management, or agency video work
- Showreel is mandatory — must include at least one long-form edit (podcast/interview style) and one short-form/Reels sample
- Someone who treats visual storytelling as craft, not just a technical task — pacing and rhythm judgment matter as much as software skill
- Comfortable working across two brand tones: Gcreationz (western, performance-driven, e-commerce) and Narayani Sanjog (Hindi-first, warm, premium, traditional)
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate; this is a work-from-office, hands-on production role — not remote editing only
