Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal (Male/Female) to join our educational leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the principal to oversee daily school operations, foster a positive learning environment, and ensure the delivery of high-quality education. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding faculty, managing administrative functions, and promoting school excellence aligned with educational standards and regulations.

Duties

- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance academic performance and school culture.
- Oversee curriculum development initiatives to ensure alignment with educational standards and innovative teaching practices.
- Lead faculty evaluation processes, including classroom observations, performance reviews, and professional development facilitation.
- Manage school administrative functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise school staff, fostering teamwork and qualified growth through mentorship and targeted training programs.




- Coordinate fundraising efforts and community engagement activities to support school initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure adherence to special education laws and childhood development best practices while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for all students.

Skills

- Proven 10-12 years of experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Trained Post Graduate.
- Strong expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance.
- Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising faculty and staff effectively.
- Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing financial resources at an executive level.
- Ability to facilitate professional development sessions for educators focused on instructional excellence.
- Deep understanding of legal frameworks related to education law, including special education law.
- Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to communicate confidently with students, staff, parents, and community stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in early childhood education or childhood development programs is highly desirable.
