Eligibility & Experience:

- Graduate / Post Graduate with B.Ed.; candidates with additional educational qualifications will be preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching/administrative experience, preferably in a CBSE/English-medium school.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE/NEP/NCERT guidelines and school administration.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage teachers, students, academics and day-to-day school operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools and school management systems.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise teaching-learning processes and teacher performance.




- Maintain discipline and ensure smooth functioning of the school.
- Coordinate examinations, activities, meetings and school events.
- Support curriculum planning, teacher development and parent communication.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month plus accommodation (Negotiable for deserving candidates based on qualification and experience.)
