The opportunity: Vice President-National-SaT-SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory - Mumbai National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience.

Your key responsibilities

- Strong expertise in financial modelling to support capital structure analysis, debt sizing, and transaction evaluation. Proficient in preparing high-quality presentation materials for client discussions, investment committees, and transaction reviews. Ability to assess funding options and build analytical outputs for capital and debt advisory engagements. Experienced in converting complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights and structured deal materials.

Qualifications

- Master of Business Administration

Experience

- 8-10 years of relevant experience
