Role Description The Vice President Market Research is a full-time remote role responsible for leading market and customer research initiatives to support strategic decisions across the organization. This role involves designing and overseeing research studies, analyzing market trends, and synthesizing data into actionable business insights for senior leadership and client-facing teams.

The Vice

President will collaborate with investment, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and inform new service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing research projects, supervising data analysis, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.



The role also includes mentoring team members, setting research priorities, and ensuring that insights are aligned with SKP Securities Ltd’s overall business and client objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Market Research and Market Analysis to design, execute, and interpret complex research initiatives.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and proven ability to generate Business Insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- Experience in Customer Insight development to understand client behaviors, needs, and preferences within financial services.
- Background in financial markets, wealth management, or investment advisory, with familiarity across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
- Proven leadership experience in managing research teams or projects, including remote collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Robust proficiency with research tools, data analysis software, and presentation tools; knowledge of statistical methods is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
