About the Role :

Blocker India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a confident and professional Vendor Relations Executive to manage communication with our international suppliers, primarily based in the USA. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable handling business conversations over phone and email, and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Communicate with suppliers and business partners in the USA via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve vendor-related issues efficiently.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, product updates, and operational concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of business-related queries and issues.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with vendors.

Required Skills :

- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear and professional communication style.




- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling international business calls.
- Good problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in any industry.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
