Location: Gurugram, India (Supporting UAE & GCC Projects and willing to travel to Dubai, if required)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Vendor Onboarding Executive to assist suppliers in successfully completing their registration and prequalification on our vendor portal.

Role Overview The Vendor Onboarding Executive will be responsible for supporting suppliers throughout the registration process. The role involves communicating with vendors through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp, reviewing documents, following up on pending registrations, resolving onboarding issues, and ensuring supplier registrations are completed accurately and within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Registration and Onboarding

- Assist suppliers in completing registration on the vendor portal.
- Guide vendors through registration forms and documentation requirements.
- Verify submitted information and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up with vendors for pending documents and approvals.
- Ensure supplier registrations are completed within project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.

Vendor Support and Communication
- Communicate with suppliers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.




- Respond to vendor queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and procurement teams.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Documentation and Compliance
- Review supplier documents for completeness and quality.
- Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentation.
- Escalate discrepancies and incomplete submissions to the manager.
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines and SLAs.

CRM and Reporting
- Update CRM systems and onboarding trackers regularly.
- Record vendor interactions and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor registration status and ensure timely closure.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with telecallers, project managers, and onboarding managers.
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Escalate complex vendor issues whenever required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in customer support, vendor management, client servicing, operations, inside sales, or B2B onboarding.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.




- Professional email-writing and customer service skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
