Position: Vendor Onboarding Manager

Location: Gurugram, India (Travel to Dubai and regular interaction with UAE clients)

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Onboarding Manager to lead supplier onboarding operations for enterprise clients across the UAE and GCC region.

Role Overview The Vendor Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring vendors successfully complete registration on the platform. The role involves leading a team, coordinating vendor communication, monitoring onboarding progress, and delivering excellent client support.

The candidate should be willing to travel to Dubai as required for client meetings, project coordination, and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Onboarding

- Manage the complete supplier onboarding process.
- Guide vendors through registration and documentation requirements.
- Resolve onboarding issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure vendors complete registrations within the defined timelines.

Team Management
- Lead and supervise telecallers and onboarding executives.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Conduct review meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain service quality and productivity standards.

Vendor Communication
- Communicate with vendors through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Build solid relationships with suppliers and procurement teams.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all vendors.

Operations and Reporting
- Track onboarding status through CRM and dashboards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Monitor conversion rates and identify process improvements.
- Maintain accurate vendor data and documentation.

Client Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers and client procurement teams.
- Share onboarding updates and status reports.
- Support project meetings and action plans.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of vendors onboarded successfully.
- Vendor registration conversion rate.
- Onboarding turnaround time.
- Daily follow-up completion rate.
- Team productivity and target achievement.
- Vendor satisfaction and SLA compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in vendor management, customer success, operations, procurement support, or B2B client management.
- Experience in managing telecalling or customer support teams is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to Dubai as per business requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong email writing and telephone communication abilities.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5–15 members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Vendor registration and supplier onboarding.
- Procurement and supply chain operations.
- SaaS or technology platforms.
- Construction, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
- UAE or GCC markets.
- ERP and procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Jaggaer, or Ivalua.
