Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories. The role requires a professional who can maintain quality standards, meet project deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the production team.

Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: o Video Editing o Edit wedding highlight films, teaser videos, traditional videos, reels, and promotional content.

o Understand client requirements and execute projects accordingly. o Create engaging, emotional, and visually appealing edits. o Maintain smooth storytelling and pacing throughout the project. o Synchronize video with music and dialogue. o Ensure consistency in quality across all deliverables. o Project Management o Organize and manage project files efficiently.



o Maintain proper folder structures and backup procedures. o Complete assigned projects within deadlines. o Update project status regularly. o Follow company workflow and production standards. o Quality Assurance o Perform basic color correction and audio balancing. o Review projects before submission. o Implement revisions accurately. o Ensure final outputs are technically correct and ready for delivery. o Team Collaboration o Coordinate with Project Coordinators and Team Leaders. o Participate in review meetings. o Accept constructive feedback professionally. o Support fellow team members whenever required.

o Required Technical Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects (Basic to Intermediate) Adobe Media Encoder Adobe Audition (Basic) Adobe Photoshop (Basic) DaVinci Resolve Final cut pro (FCP ) Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or other professional editing software will be an added advantage. ▪ Technical Skills ▪ Timeline management ▪ Audio synchronization ▪ Storytelling through editing ▪ Color correction ▪ Motion graphics (basic) ▪ File management ▪ Export optimization ▪ Professional Skills ▪ Creativity ▪ Attention to detail ▪ Organize raw footage. ▪ Maintain project timelines.
