Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Plant 3D Designer – Piping with solid expertise in AutoCAD Plant 3D to develop and manage piping models for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in piping layout development, 3D modeling, isometric generation, and multidisciplinary coordination throughout detailed engineering projects.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Chemical Processing

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D piping models for Large Bore, Small Bore, and Balance of Plant (BOP) piping systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Perform piping routing for critical process lines, including high-temperature and high-pressure piping systems.
- Model piping components based on:
- P&IDs;

- Stress analysis reports

- Boiler pressure part drawings
- Vendor General Arrangement Drawings (GADs)
- Generate engineering deliverables including:

- Piping Layout Drawings

- Production Isometrics

- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Interpret and work with engineering documents such as:
- P&IDs;

- Line Lists

- Piping Material Specifications

- Vendor Drawings
- In-line Instrumentation Details
- Participate in and lead 30%,



60%, and 90% model review meetings.
- Ensure piping layouts comply with project specifications, engineering standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams to resolve design issues.
- Maintain design quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Plant 3D piping design for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Chemical industries.
- Hands-on experience in developing detailed piping models using AutoCAD Plant 3D.

- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in successfully executing at least five complete engineering projects using AutoCAD Plant 3D.

- Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
