Valet Services Associate

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous and service-oriented Valet & Bell Services Associate to deliver a warm and seamless experience to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome members and guests with a warm greeting when receiving or handing over their vehicle.

- Safely park and retrieve luxury and premium vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of care and security.

- Take complete responsibility for the vehicle from the moment it is handed over by the member/guest until it is returned.

- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and maintained in the same condition as received.

- Manage parking efficiently while maintaining vehicle safety, security and smooth traffic flow.

- Assist guests with luggage and provide effective Bell Services when required.

- Maintain a professional, helpful and courteous approach at all times.

Requirements:

- Valid driving licence with excellent driving skills.

- Experience driving luxury/premium cars is preferred.

- Good spoken and written English.

- Previous experience in a hotel, club or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.

- Excellent guest service skills and a professional appearance.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
